Initial in-person consultations are 1 hour and cost £90.

Subsequent consultations may be 1 hour, 45 minutes or 30 minutes according to individual needs.

Fees are £90 for 1 hour, £80 for 45 minutes and £70 for 30 minutes.

Fees are payable by cash, cheque, card machine or by bank transfer.

This depends on many factors, and how your body is responding to treatment.  I like to suggest 4-5 treatments, but this is sometimes too many, and sometimes a longer course is required. Obviously, we can stop treatments if there is no progress – this can be discussed at any point. 

You are welcome to bring along someone to accompany you.

Mild discomfort might be experienced with osteopathic techniques although usually patients feel an immediate relief.  However, a mild reaction to treatment occasionally can occur. This will usually settle down within 48 hours. If you are at all concerned about your symptoms, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I am registered with PPP, BUPA and other major insurance providers.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. This helps me accommodate those who may be waiting. If you miss your appointment without telling us or cancel on the day (except in exceptional circumstances) the full fee will be charged.

In both locations, the  clinic room is cleaned between patients – including couch, desk, chairs, door handles with antiviral wipes. Cotton couch covers have been removed, and in Moorgate fresh pillow cases are used for each patient.  In Westminster the pillow is wipeable. All floors are washable laminate.  Wash rooms are cleaned regularly, including sink, taps, door handles, flush handle and toilet seat.   In Moorgate, The Reception area is cleaned daily and patient numbers are limited to 4.  Windows remain open during and after treatments.

I wear surgical grade masks and a face shield, and single-use nitrile gloves and plastic aprons with each patient. 

I wash my hands before each patient with soap and water.

We request each patient to wear a mask, unless exempt, in the building and use hand sanitiser when arriving at the clinic.
